On 17 April 1944, refugees and residents connected with Rzyczki, Zaborze and nearby hamlets were killed in Chodywańce. The cited compilation gives 47 victims. Seven named IPN cards assigned by the source map to a Belarusian Szewnia are corrected here because the cards identify the victims as residents of the Szewnia hamlet in the Rzyczki parish and match the Chodywańce victim list.
